"Aloha Retreat" is a 6 bedroom 4.5 bathroom villa in the brand new Windsor Island Resort, which is only 8 miles away from Disney. The resort boasts high end amenities including a lazy river, two water slides, mini golf, heated pool, gym, spa, bar, arcade and much more. This house is a only a 5-minute walk to the clubhouse. This house has a private heated pool (pool heating an extra charge), a game room (no AC), themed rooms, and fast wifi. Grocery stores (Publix, CVS) are only 1 mile away.

Please note that NO PETS ARE ALLOWED and absolutely NO SMOKING at this property. Should any pet or smoking be found at the property, you will have to leave immediately and forfeit all money paid towards booking.

ALL ADULT GUESTS MUST PROVIDE FULL NAMES to be registered. The security guard at the gate house will verify photo IDs. For the driver, a driver’s license from any country is required (International driver’s license is not accepted), for the passengers, either a driver’s license or passport will work. Unregistered guests will be denied entrance. The community also has a sheriff on site most of the time.

POOL HEAT:
Optional Pool Heat Fee: $35 per day (tax included)
Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures.

Early check-in/late check-out (depends on availability) is $45/hr

STARTER SET: A "starter set" of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags will be provided. It will NOT be replenished. Publix and CVS is less than one mile away.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, pepper and salt will be provided.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Community has daily trash collection. Trash must be bagged in kitchen trash bags, otherwise it will be rejected by trash collection workers. NO loose trash in the outside trash bin.

Package Delivery:
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. We are not responsible for missing delivery or returned package.
